Collective Goods is hiring for a Recruiter for the sales team. Like you see in the video above (or in this link, if you cannot see the video in this post), working with CG is about heart and community. The Recruiter will be responsible for aggressively sourcing, buiding relationships and contracting Sales Representatives who create pop-up retail events around the country and support the community by giving back cash and merchandise to education, healthcare and other non-profits.

What you'll do:

  • Process and open new requisitions
  • Post openings on our applicant tracking system
  • Post ads for requisitions on other job boards as needed
  • Have an innovative and creative approach in sourcing candidates through unique and diverse channels
  • Review resumes of active candidates
  • Manage the organization of interview with process on referrals
  • Accurate reporting of metrics including source and funnel tracking
  • Conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate follow up interviews and ride-along visits (when required) for qualified candidates
  • Initiate background and credit check process and see through to decision point
  • Be a resource to the candidates from initiation of an application through orientation
  • Be a subject matter expert on employment trends in open territories
  • Build and maintain rapport with Hiring Managers
  • Be an educational resource on best practices
  • Effective in communications, both verbal and written with candidates, hiring managers and company leadership

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years in a full cycle recruiting role (sales position recruiting preferred)
  • Strong accountability and ownership of duties
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders
  • Efficient time management
  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be strategic and systematic
  • Team player with a passion and ability for driving and producing results
  • Experience with iCIMS preferred
