    Step It Up is a fun and fantastic fitness fundraiser that combines the ease of an online donation platform with the thrill of a school site DAY OF AWESOMENESS featuring our interactive Obstacle Course based on the TV shows WIPEOUT and AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR! We are hiring for Territory Managers who are interested in using their sales talents to help others while creating a highly lucrative, fun, and purpose driven career. We are looking for mission driven, high-energy individuals to spread the Step It Up brand and fundraising program throughout the territory. The territory manager will be responsible for enthusiastically selling the program to all qualified middle and elementary schools in the outlined territory. They will be able to use their people skills to build relationships, their presentation skills to drive engagement and inspire students, and their inner joy to make a positive impact on children’s lives by delivering unforgettable experiences.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect elementary and middle school accounts in your given territory
    • Market and sell the program to key decision makers at the school to solidify the account in hosting fundraising events
    • Coordinate and conduct successful, high energy kickoff presentations to drive student engagement
    • Delivery and organization of student prizes and winner lists to teachers
    • Responsible for all documentation, details, and communications of critical emails of sponsor to the principal and parents
    • Reporting weekly sales activity within CRM
    • Active participation on weekly team meetings including cadence of accountability meetings

    Job Skills & Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Three or more years of experience in sales or customer service
    • Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university
    • Excellent ability to communicate both written and verbally
    • Friendly, warm and personable with a passion for to uplifting people
    • A desire to help others
    • Proficiency with technology and basic computer operations

    Preferred:

    • Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain positive attitude
    • Experience in management
    • Experience giving presentations in front of large crowds
